Nadra Bank, #12 by assets in Ukraine as of end-1Q11, is one of the three top-20 Ukrainian banks which went into receivership during the downturn of 2008-09. The temporary administration at Nadra Bank, introduced on Feb. 10, 2010, was extended until August 2011. In May 2011, a new strategic investor acquired a controlling stake in the bank. Nadra operates a network of 550 outlets in major Ukrainian cities.
