Business Profile

Yenakievo Steel, one of Metinvest’s metallurgical assets, specializes in long steel products, mainly billets and rebars, and has annual production capacity of 2.5 Mt of pig iron and 2.7 Mt of crude steel. The company benefits from stable access to Metinvest’s raw material supply base. Metinvest continues its modernization program at Yenakievo Steel, currently building a blast furnace with annual capacity of 1.2 Mt expected to launch in late 2011.
